THE DOLLS

This collection is composed of three ceramic dolls born from my personal relationship with God and my understanding of the feminine as a vessel of creation.

Historically, the divine has been represented through masculine figures, while the feminine has often been reduced to symbol, ornament, or silence. In this body of work, I reclaim the female form as sacred not through purity or perfection, but through its capacity to create, contain, and transform.

These dolls are not objects of devotion; they are embodiments of spiritual presence. Their bodies hold tension between fragility and strength, faith and doubt, obedience and autonomy. They reflect the belief that women are inherently connected to the divine not because of idealized holiness, but because creation itself moves through us—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
