Minimal gaze.
This series features two ceramic busts that explore the human face through simplicity and honesty. Handbuilt in black clay, the eyes, lips, eyebrows, and nose are represented with minimal gestures, allowing the essence of each expression to emerge naturally.
The pared-down forms invite quiet reflection, emphasizing the elements that make each face unique while conveying vulnerability and intimacy. The dark ceramic surface provides contrast and presence, enhancing the subtlety of each feature.
Minimal Gaze celebrates the power of simplicity, showing how minimal shapes can communicate emotion, identity, and human connection with quiet intensity.
